Our approach

We treat the house as one system

Insulation, air leakage, heating and ventilation are not four separate purchases. Change one and you change the others. Seal a house properly and the ventilation question becomes real. Insulate the attic and the heat pump you need gets smaller.

That is why the evaluation comes first and why we would rather talk you out of the wrong project than sell it to you. The goal is a house that is comfortable, healthy and cheaper to run, in that order.
