Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
The short version
We collect the details you choose to send us so we can quote your job and get back to you. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
What we collect
Two categories, and nothing else:
- What you send us in a form: your name, email address, phone number, town, the service you are interested in and anything you write in the message field. Sending it is your choice, and we ask for the minimum we need to reply.
- Basic technical information that any web server records, such as the page requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule an assessment and, where it applies, complete Efficiency Maine rebate documentation on your behalf.
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them for the job and for our business records, then we remove them.
Who else handles it
Form submissions from this site are delivered by a form handling service operated by our web provider, 207 Marketing, which passes the message to us by email using Resend, an email delivery provider. Resend processes the name, email address, phone number and message you submit solely in order to deliver it to us. It is used to deliver your message, not to profile you.
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Hosting providers process request data in order to serve the site.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Analytics to measure how many people visit and which pages they read, so we can improve the site. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, roughly where you are, and the type of device and browser you use. We do not use it to identify you personally. This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run cross-site tracking. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (207) 324-6232 or use the contact page and we will deal with it.
If you contacted us and would rather we did not keep the record, say so and we will remove it.
Children
This site is aimed at homeowners and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
