Information on this site is general

The content here describes our services in general terms. It is not a survey of your property and it is not technical advice for your specific house. Insulation levels, equipment sizing, ventilation requirements and code obligations depend on the building, and we determine those on site.

Where we quote figures such as R-values, efficiency percentages or Maine code levels, they reflect the materials and the requirements as we understand them at the time of writing. Codes and products change.

Quotes, estimates and pricing

Nothing on this site is a binding quote or an offer of a contract. Pricing depends on the property, access, materials and the scope of work, and is confirmed in a written proposal after an assessment.

A request submitted through a form on this site is an enquiry. It does not create a contract or reserve a booking until we confirm it.

Rebates and incentive programs

We describe Efficiency Maine incentives because they matter to most of our customers. Those programs are run by Efficiency Maine, not by us. Eligibility, rebate bands and program requirements are set by the program and change over time.

We will confirm your eligibility and handle the documentation, but we cannot guarantee an outcome that the program controls. Confirm current program detail with us, or with Efficiency Maine, before committing to work.
